Where is the Bat? Game
This game is the perfect activity to get into the Halloween spirit and practice colors.
Prepare the Game: Glue the backing sheets to the back of each card sheet. Cut out each colored witch hat card and each of the reveal cards, and laminate them for durability.
Play the Game: Lay out each of the hats and secretly place the bat card under one of them, and the “No!” cards under the rest. The object of the game is simple: children have to find the bat! Ask them, “Where is the bat?” and have them guess by using target vocabulary such as, “It’s under the _____ hat!” You may choose to keep points, or simply play the game for fun.
